Mobile Access to Data and Information

Check out this Pew report about mobile access to information. 41% of adult Americans acces the Internet via a wireless laptop and/or handheld device. The smart phone just might be one’s most prized possessions. What are the implications for search, retrieval, and libraries? No doubt microblogging and texting are key for interacting with patrons/customers . . .USA Today provides an excellent summary of the report’s findings.
